Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns require that the product is in the same condition as at the time of receipt, has not been used or turned on, its product tags have not been removed, and that the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return by sending us a message at info@ehtoomestarit.fi. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Ehtoomestarit Oy, kuikkapurontie 8, 83750 Sotkuma.
If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request. The return fee is 8.90€.

Damages and issues
Check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Unless prevented by the above conditions, you may cancel or return orders sent to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as at the time of receipt, has not been used or turned on, its product tags have not been removed, and that the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You will receive a notification from us when the return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether we approve the refund. If the refund is approved, you will receive your money back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
